Updated / effective: 29 Oct 2026
Welcome to PavoWings.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products or use of services offered through it.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to your use and purchase, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the relevant service.

2 Our Products and Services
PavoWings is an African-focused publishing and learning company offering products and services that may include:
· Personalised books for children
· Personalised books for adults
· Personalised exercise books for pain management
· Practical reading resources
· An online tutoring enquiry service
· Research, innovation, and collaboration initiatives
Availability may vary by title, format, location, and operational capacity.
We may update our catalogue or services as the business develops.
3 Personalised Books
Personalised books are prepared using information submitted by the customer.
You are responsible for checking that names, spelling, dedication messages, and other submitted details are accurate.
Personalisation options depend on the selected title. We cannot guarantee that a book will incorporate details that are not supported by its design or product description.
Where possible, contact us promptly if you discover an error. Changes may not be possible after production begins.
4 Product Descriptions and Images
We aim to describe our products accurately and display them clearly.
Examples, illustrations, and preview images may be used to show the general appearance of a product. The final product may differ in certain respects where disclosed in the product description.
Customers should review the available formats, personalisation options, and product specifications before ordering.
5 Ordering Process
Our standard ordering process involves four steps:
1. Choose a book category and title.
2. Fill in the required personalisation details.
3. Select an available format.
4. Review the order and make payment.
Please check your order carefully before payment.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. Where further acceptance or verification is required, we will communicate this to the customer.
Before publication, align the list with Chapter 8: the edition is selected as part of the product before personalisation; checkout confirms final printing and shipping costs for print. Do not state that a separate format-selection page exists.
6 Prices and Payment
Prices will be displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout.
The checkout should show the applicable total, including delivery charges and any other charges payable through PavoWings, before you complete payment.
Where prices are displayed in US dollars or another currency, the payment provider or customer's financial institution may apply exchange rates or fees.
Orders may be subject to verification before fulfilment.
7 Delivery
Printed products are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Digital products are delivered electronically using the method specified for the product.
Delivery availability, charges, and estimated delivery times may vary.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Contact us promptly if you discover an error.
Nothing in these terms excludes any delivery or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8 Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically in the format specified on the product page.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have a compatible device and the necessary software to access the product.
Digital content rights and any applicable cancellation or refund rights will be governed by the relevant product terms and applicable law.
9 Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Personalised products may require different handling from standard products. However, nothing in our policy is intended to remove statutory consumer rights or remedies that apply under the law.
10 Online Tutoring Enquiries
The tutoring form allows parents or guardians to submit information about their children's learning needs and preferences.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee tutor availability, acceptance, a particular rate, or a confirmed lesson.
Any tutoring arrangement, including the tutor's identity, lesson format, fees, payment arrangements, cancellation rules, and responsibilities, must be communicated and agreed before the service is confirmed.
Parents or guardians remain responsible for appropriate supervision and child-safeguarding arrangements in accordance with the agreed service terms.
This describes a proposed form, not a working form in the uploaded source. Keep the wording in draft or replace it with an approved description of the interim contact-by-email process.
11 Exercise Books and Health Information
Exercise books for pain management provide educational information. They do not replace professional medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or individualised exercise guidance.
Exercises may not be suitable for everyone. Customers should follow advice and restrictions provided by their healthcare professionals.
Do not continue an exercise that causes new or worsening symptoms. Stop and seek appropriate professional advice.
Submitting personal information through a form does not establish medical clearance or guarantee that the content is suitable for a particular individual.
12 Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, or provide information that you know to be false.
We may take appropriate action in response to misuse, subject to applicable law.
13 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, original text, designs, and other materials owned or licensed by PavoWings are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected materials without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
14 Third Party Services
We may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, printing, delivery, hosting, or other operational services.
The terms of those providers may apply to their respective services. We remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.
15 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PavoWings will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including rights or remedies that consumers cannot waive.
16 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions as our products, services, or legal obligations change.
The current version will be published on this page with its revision date. Changes will not remove rights that have already accrued where the law prevents them from being removed.
17 Applicable Law
These terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions should be specified in the final published version after appropriate legal review.
Do not publish the drafting instruction above. The editor accepts the text, but the final clause must be supplied and approved; it cannot be settled by a content-entry screen.
